双头螺柱采用全牙或半牙设计，适配压力容器、管道法兰、重型机械等对双向连接强度要求严苛的工况；法兰螺栓通过一体化法兰盘结构，增大承压接触面积，实现防松、防压溃与应力均匀分布，适用于汽车底盘、发动机缸体等高频振动环境；放油螺栓采用高精度滚压螺纹，配合密封面精加工工艺，有效提升防渗漏性能，广泛应用于发动机、变速箱、差速器等油路系统。

产品螺纹精度符合GB、DIN、ANSI等标准，可根据客户需求定制牙型、长度与公差；表面处理支持彩锌、蓝白锌、热浸锌、达克罗、磷化等工艺，可满足不同环境下的防锈防腐要求，盐雾性能最高可达1000小时以上。

每批次产品均通过硬度检测、拉力试验、扭矩测试与盐雾测试，出厂100%全检，确保符合ISO 898-1及相关行业标准，为客户提供稳定、可靠的长期紧固保障。

This product series includes high-strength double-end studs, flange bolts, and oil drain bolts, delivering systematic solutions for critical connection and sealing applications. Manufactured from premium alloy steels such as 40Cr, 10B21, and 35K, the products undergo quenching and tempering heat treatment, achieving consistent performance grades of 8.8, 10.9, and 12.9, with excellent tensile strength, yield strength, and fatigue resistance.

Double-end studs are available in full-thread or half-thread configurations, suitable for applications requiring high bidirectional connection strength, such as pressure vessels, pipeline flanges, and heavy machinery. Flange bolts feature an integrated flange design to increase bearing contact area, prevent loosening and crushing, and ensure uniform stress distribution, making them ideal for high-vibration environments like automotive chassis and engine blocks. Oil drain bolts adopt high-precision rolled threads and precision-machined sealing surfaces to effectively enhance leak-proof performance, widely used in oil systems of engines, transmissions, and differentials.

Thread precision complies with GB, DIN, ANSI, and other standards. Custom thread profiles, lengths, and tolerances are available upon request. Surface treatment options include color zinc plating, blue-white zinc plating, hot-dip galvanizing, Dacromet coating, and phosphating, meeting anti-rust and anti-corrosion requirements for various environments, with salt spray resistance up to 1000+ hours.
